Job description

Olive is designed to drive connections, shining a new light on the broken healthcare processes that stand between providers and patient care. She uses AI to reveal life-changing insights that make healthcare more efficient, affordable, and effective. Olive’s vision is to unleash a trillion dollars of hidden potential within healthcare by connecting its disconnected systems. Olive is improving healthcare operations today, so everyone can benefit from a healthier industry tomorrow.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that form the building blocks of Olive’s process automation platform used to fundamentally change healthcare. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Our Product team works in an initiative-based style that allows our teams to be fast and collaborative across our Product and Engineering teams. • Drive the entire vision, development, and evangelism of new automation tools and platform enhancements to support reliable automation delivery and operations
  • Conduct research to understand the market and competitive landscape and identify potential features, partnerships, and integration opportunities
  • Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine and break down strategic initiatives into shorter-term, agile milestones
  • Produce high-level product requirements and iterate on implementation options and technical design details in collaboration with engineering team(s)
  • Provide continuous progress and KPI updates to maintain alignment for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature

  • 8+ years of technology experience (e.g. product/program mgmt, customer experience, software development)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software product management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Results and data-driven product leader with a track record of delivering high-quality software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • While formal software engineering expertise is not necessary, technical background and direct experience working with software development teams is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is also a plus

We take the health and happiness of our employees seriously and consistently evaluate new ways to provide an amazing place to work. From retirement planning to a wellness program designed to actively incorporate mental and physical wellness into daily interactions amongst fellow Olivians, we make sure to take care of our own.

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day at Olive with 100% of premiums covered for team members and 75% covered for dependents
  • Monthly Grid stipend to cover work-related expenses
  • Unlimited PTO

  • 12 weeks of parental leave
  • 401(K) match
