Job Description:

As an integral member of the Gainsight product marketing team, you will lead strategy and execution focused on driving the growth of our Product Experience applications. You will be responsible for owning and delivering enterprise messaging, positioning, go-to-market priorities, sales support and more. We are looking for a cross-functional leader with the ability to influence and establish relationships to drive results.

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive core product marketing capabilities including positioning, bill of materials, enablement, customer success, customer insights and competitive insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, demand, sales and customer success to align product priorities and execute on product growth and retention strategies
  • Understand customer challenges and market opportunity to represent the voice of the customer and ensure a consistent, relevant customer experience
  • Analyze data and market research to derive insights and inform marketing strategies

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum 8+ years in enterprise product marketing or product management in SaaS required
  • Product Marketing experience with product-led-growth required
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into powerful, customer-centric sales and marketing materials
  • Ability to think and act strategically and express a point of view with detailed discovery and analysis of relevant data
