Job Description

Your responsibility will be focused on leading business and system change projects, with the objective of ensuring we meet our agreed schedule, cost, and scope targets. You will work closely with the Project Sponsor and with others in the team, including project managers and coordinators, business analysts and change managers, as well as colleagues from across our business. You will need to have depth and breadth of experience in complex IT projects, integration of multiple systems (including legacy systems), and managing the full software development life cycle.

About The Role

You'll be managing one or more projects concurrently, depending on the project size and complexity. You'll implement good governance by setting up appropriate decision-making boards, with clear terms of reference. You will also set up and plan benefits realization tracking.

The role will deliver projects to required quality measurements, on time, within budget and scope. You will ensure that all stakeholders are aware of their RACI role on the project, as well as preparing and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

Your application must be able to demonstrate the successful delivery of a variety of complex IT projects, ideally in business and system change, managing them through the full project life cycle. You must have a good understanding of project management methodologies. You'll need to show us that you are proactive, flexible in your approach, and have the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders and resolve conflict when required.

• You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving attitude.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, Scrum, Agile Methodologies.
• SCRUM, PMP, PRINCE II certification is a huge plus
