Industrial Psychology tests describe me as an enthusiast, with strong traits oriented to solve complex challenges. I pursued a holistic background in Strategic Thinking and Sustainability Studies. I had the opportunity to work on different innovation aspects related to data-modelling, information architecture, human Centred Design. I have passion for planning strategic use of technology and I am a good communicator, with aptitude for systems thinking, for identifying critical drivers and structuring sustainable solutions aligned with business themes, users’ behaviour, requirements. I also co-founded and led a tech startup, where I demonstrated a mindset for connecting complex ideas, collaboration and support for my team, and problem-solving to create value out of few resources. I am driven by values of sustainability, innovation and inclusivity.


Some achievements:

  • As co-founder I bootstrapped a tech company in knowledge discovery.
    As product person, I achieved 6x retention vs competition in the product category, and invited startup by Facebook at their corporate conference; as a CEO, I procured growth opportunities as seed investment offers, grants, negotiated in-kind investment, and optimised pipeline for improving performance in business metrics.

  • As an ambassador for tech startups, I helped other teams in raising funds from seed accelerators and business competitions.

  • As a consultant, I've been hands on prototyping applied research products (edge on network science, graph analytics) for business intelligence, knowledge discovery, content discovery.

I seek for jobs that allows to express well my soft-skills and allows to expand further a set of hard-skills, currently interested in hands on some tech stacks for prototyping.
