Dajana Mitrovic

Dajana is a 26-year old female IT professional who holds a MSc in electrical and computer engineering.  She is relying on her strong work ethic, resourcefulness and diverse skills to propel her forward in her carreer. 

Throughout her carreer, Dajana has been tasked with different responsibilities, from presales, gathering business requirements from clients, translating them into functional requirements, defining solution architecture, high-level/low-level design documentation, software development, QA engineering, delivery managment, managing clients, deployment, to customer support . 

She is a dedicated and motivated consultant that takes the initiative and solves problems. Her experience and interest lie in designing and implementing solutions. Feels most comfortable working in the challenging and complex environments, where she can contribute to the complete stack of the solution. Floating between business and IT is what she enjoys the most.

Willingness to work hard makes her ready to constantly learn and improve skills. Very easily and quickly adopts new technologies and applies them to the projects.

Her natural curiosity helps her get a full picture of complex subjects and environments, deepening her understanding and working towards improvements.

Strongly believes that combining IT knowledge with social and diplomatic skills is key to delivering projects and leading teams successfully. Despite being goal-oriented, she loves working in teams. Her energy and proactive attitude motivate the team members to act in the same manner.

Dajana loves working with integration platforms, middleware platforms, web services and cloud technology. Very passionate about experimenting with new technologies.
