- Interaction with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, meetups and IT events
- Coordination with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Promotion of employer brand online and offline
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of employment trends, job seeker behavior, sourcing strategies and labor market analytics
- Developing and providing metrics and reports of resourcing activity
- Developing sourcing strategy
- Preparing Intelligence Research Market Analyzes
