Job description

Being a Talent Sourcer is all about having ability to identify, attract and hire best talents on the market.

The work:

  • Identification of candidates that match a desired skill set for a current or future job opening using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Usage of various channels to look for potential talents, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Interaction with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, meetups and IT events
  • Coordination with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Promotion of employer brand online and offline
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of employment trends, job seeker behavior, sourcing strategies and labor market analytics
  • Developing and providing metrics and reports of resourcing activity
  • Developing sourcing strategy
  • Preparing Intelligence Research Market Analyzes
