Job description

We are a SaaS startup (aprox. 30 young people working remotely) and we are looking for a person that want to join our Administrative Team.

The work:

Your essentials functions will be:

1. Inputs scheduling/payment data verified of our remote consultants.

2. Issue invoices (categorized and store all the digital business invoices).

3. Support the teams for travels organization.

4. Performs a variety of administrative functions, such as processing mail, telephone and filing of necessary documents.

5. Organizational and administrative support company management.

Skills & requirements:

1. The applicant can speak English/Spanish or Italian fluently, (better if speaks more languages).

2. Knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets and excel formulas 

3. Ability to plan, to organize and to solve problems in autonomy

4. Open-minded, proactive and flexible; neat and accurate.

5. Ability to communicate and interact with people

Working remote :

Work from home and flexible working hours. Sometimes it will be necessary to go to our legal office in Miami, therefore it is required to reside in Miami (Florida). 

As it is an independent work - it facilitates self-fulfilment.
