Currently, I am working as an HR and Payroll Administrator in Jamar Malta Ltd. company specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of bespoke steel, wood and glass feature fabrications. As a person in charge of leading the fully recruiting and selecting process, I have managed to reach many company business goals and also gain new international knowledge and experience in human resources, talent sourcing and especially in recruitment which I can apply in various companies and industries.  

In my position of HR Manager/Recruiter with ‘’NetworkLance’’ in Serbia, I met with new hires, maintain employee files, assisted in personnel decisions and conducted exit interviews, among other duties related to employee relations (disbursement of monthly wages, tracking employee overtime, vacation days, sick days, resolving conflict situations, etc.). My interpersonal skills are strong, and I relate well to various personality types. With my background and my skill set in talent acquisition and candidate management, I possess a wide range of knowledge and talents that will allow me to contribute toward the success of your company. My expertise includes successfully coordinating full-cycle organizational recruitment processes, including candidate prospecting, screening, and interviewing.
