CIO My role was to create (and manage after) completely new IT department/infrastructure/network environment, and implement a full Convergent IT solution. During the post-launch years, the role was to internalize the implementation of the projects, while maintaining the high quality of the products delivered to the very competitive market. Key Responsibilities • Create from scratch IT for a new mobile operator • Implement and maintain first (in Orange Group) fully convergent IT/Prepaid/VAS solution • Manage internal and external customers and suppliers in order to efficiently implement Company Roadmap and keeping efficient use of company budget Achievements • Implemented the first Convergent platform in Orange Group in 6 months. • Created a very strong team, which was fully responsible (development & maintenance) for a whole range of IT/Telecom services (all BSS and OSS). No external experts in place 3 months after launch! • Reached very strong SLA (small amount of non-planned impacts on the BSS and OSS platforms)….
