Security Support Analyst • Using wide variety of SIEM systems (Varonis toolset, Veritas Data Insight, Symantec DLP, Splunk, SQL, ServiceNow, ServiceFirst, CyberArk, JIRA). • Working in a team based environment, and communicating with other teams for developing solutions in multiple locations (APAC, EMEA, US). • Configuration and tuning of DLP systems, policies and rules. • Identifying owners for data assets (documents, presentations, spreadsheets and media files) using Varonis and Symantec toolset. • Working closely with stakeholders and data owners for providing access statistics and reports of sensitive data. • Participating in huge data security related projects for GDPR. • Managing security related incidents via JIRA, ServiceNow ServiceFirst and live on meetings. • Monitor and analyze internal user activity on File Servers (Windows, Sharepoint, NetApp, EMC Isilon). • Providing ongoing auditing to determined who access what through logs. • Working in huge infrastructure using Active Directory with multiple domains. • Providing reports to support the owners to understand who should and should not have access to their data. • Working closely with external vendors and Project management including patch management and change operations on live systems.
