Global Employee Councils

At Condé Nast we value diversity of background, views and cultures. We celebrate people for their personal qualities, their skills and contributions. And we recognize the power our brands have to influence and shape culture, catalyze action and help make our world a better place for all.

Condé Nast has two global employee councils focused on issues that are top of mind for us, our industry and our world: Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability. The councils are made up of members from all markets, functions and levels of the company. They work closely with senior leaders across Condé Nast to champion global initiatives and guide our work, internally and externally, on these topics.

Employee Resource Groups

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups of people who share common interests, identities and experiences around important topics like sustainability, inclusion and equality. They are designed to build community, contribute to professional growth and foster a diverse and inclusive culture where all feel welcome and celebrated.

Here are just some of our worldwide ERGs:

  • Conexión (Latinx Network) Conexión exists to connect Latinx employees throughout the company, to support the business by serving as a resource for diverse Latinx perspectives, and to inspire the next generation of Latinx talent in the global media industry.
  • Environmental Resource Group The Environmental Resource Group brings together Condé Nast employees who share a passion for preserving and protecting the planet, its natural resources and its wildlife. The group facilitates employee connections through knowledge sharing and education, lively and challenging discussions and events that are both social and productive.
  • NOIR (Black Employee Network) NOIR advocates for the advancement of the Black/African American voice at Condé Nast. The group focuses on collaborating with various teams to increase African American content, discover new revenue streams, and build external community and partnerships. Through events, outreach, and mentorship, NOIR works to create an involved and highly visible black employee community.
  • Pride at Condé Nast Pride connects LGBTQIA+ people throughout Condé Nast, encouraging advocacy in the workplace and serving as a general resource to foster a sense of community through discourse and events.
  • The Women's Network The Women’s Network provides support and mentoring for women to advance their professional skills and help achieve their business goals. The network provides a platform to advocate for policies and resources that support an equitable, nurturing, and inspiring work environment for women.
  • Sustainability: Based out of Vogue House, the Sustainability ERG supports local sustainability efforts. It acts as a think tank for new ideas and initiatives focusing on improving Vogue House's carbon footprint and engaging with suppliers around their commitment to sustainability.
