You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure goals are met. • Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine and break down strategic initiatives into shorter-term, agile milestones
  • Produce high-level product requirements and iterate on implementation options and technical design details in collaboration with engineering team(s)
  • Provide continuous progress and KPI updates to maintain alignment for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technology experience (e.g. product/program mgmt, customer experience, software development)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software product management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Results and data-driven product leader with a track record of delivering high-quality software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • While formal software engineering expertise is not necessary, technical background and direct experience working with software development teams is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is also a plus
