Product Designer (UX/UI)

Are you passionate about creating simple, intuitive products that solve real user problems? Great! We are looking for a proactive Product Designer who helps us bring the LogMeIn's portfolio of remote work tools to more people and mature our UX team.

LogMeIn has a unique opportunity to leverage the breadth of our product portfolio, helping organizations embrace the future of work in a world where remote working will be the new normal. The newly formed Aurora team's mission is to explore and validate new cross-portfolio integrated product offerings and apply our learnings to our products' roadmaps and play a key role in shaping LogMeIn's future strategy.

We're looking for team members with a strong focus on delivering value to our customers and who are ready to learn fast and take on any challenge to reach our goals.

You will be responsible to collaborate with research, product managers and engineers to connect LogMeIn's portfolio better together. You will spend time understanding our users’ needs, coming up with and testing multiple solution proposals to their problems and delivering delightful experiences and interfaces to multiple large, active user-bases. You’ll work independently and advocate/facilitate our design process in your cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop concepts and solutions that apply your understanding of user problems, product vision, and technology capabilities across multiple products
• Create and validate prototypes using a variety of testing methods
• Facilitate design reviews, critiques and ideations
• Use feedback from users and data to help inform your design decisions
• Own the design process end-to-end across platforms
• Create compelling user interfaces with the help of multiple UI libraries

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience designing engaging digital product user experiences
• Experience working with a cloud software product company
• Experience designing for a broad set of UI platforms including web, desktop and mobile
• Experience using UX pattern and components libraries is a must, experience in creating one is a plus
• Top-tier communicator with the ability to inspire/mentor others, give great feedback and facilitate productive workshops
• Passionate about solving user problems and love to experiment
• Drive collaboration in a cross-functional environment
• Open to learning and creating with new techniques
