Job description
- Learn the client’s OSS and CRM applications and understand the technical and business processes
- Participate in the knowledge transfer sessions with current team members and takeover development responsibilities
- Participate in UAT of new features and upgrades of the application
- Receive requirements or problem reports, analyze, estimate, design solution, implement, test before delivery
- Write technical documentation
- Perform application maintenance
