We’re hiring a Learning Content Architect to develop a best-in-class Tech Sales bootcamp curriculum and support the launch of our new product line.

The Learning Architect is responsible for leading the vision and development of our boot camp curriculum, informing scope and proposing relevant topics and tools. This role will be responsible for a range of tasks, including writing requirements and design specifications, assisting with sales and marketing enablement, providing internal training, and supporting the in-class experience for beta tests and pilots.

This role is highly collaborative and will be responsible for helping to hire and oversee a team of subject matter experts. Additionally, this role will interface with technical writers, instructional designers, and project managers in order to create boot camp products that provide real world value by helping students land entry-level technology sales roles.

The ideal candidate for this role has direct experience in B2B/SaaS Sales, has managed sales teams, and has led the creation and delivery of technical sales training. Additionally, you should be capable of supporting agile projects and cross-functional teams, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements. You should strive for quality but also know when to ship and test a product, working iteratively to improve based on feedback.

  • You will coordinate with subject matter experts and editorial teams to ensure that course content is instructive, engaging, and teachable
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including recruitment, admissions, marketing, and other stakeholders to create training and collateral in preparation for program pilot launches
  • You will support the delivery of beta tests and program pilots through instructor training, learner support, and in-class evaluation, using data from learner feedback to recommend product improvement and roadmap decisions
  • You will participate in daily scrum to ensure your team is on track to complete work on time and plan ahead for dependencies, capabilities, or vulnerabilities that might jeopardize quality releases

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience working in or managing B2B sales teams, ideally at tech companies
  • You should have 2-3 years of experience creating or delivering sales training solutions, ideally at B2B tech companies
  • You have experience managing training content for adult learners, including roles that involve project management and team leadership
  • You know what it takes to succeed in an enterprise-level SDR role, and have a perspective on what skills, frameworks, and technologies successful SDRs should develop

    • Salesforce
    • Excel
    • Tableau
